What we collect

When you ask for a preview, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, phone, email, trade, the service you're interested in and your current website. We also keep a short, one-way hash of your IP address to stop spam.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your preview and our services. We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers. If you become a customer, the AI receptionist and hosting services process your customers' calls and messages on your behalf, under a separate agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Email us at the address on our homepage to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us.
